ANNOUNCEMENT | Giuntabell Strengthens Relationship with Leading University Residential College
Emmanuel College is one of Australia’s leading university residential colleges, now in its 112th year. Located within The University of Queensland at St Lucia, Brisbane, the College is focused on providing university students with an outstanding collegiate experience whilst living in a diverse vibrant and supportive community.
Giuntabell currently have a relationship with Emmanuel College for an Outsourced CFO and accounting services and are excited to expand this relationship further in 2023.
Looking to streamline its administrative operations and improve daily efficiencies, Emmanuel College engaged Giuntabell to assist with an upgrade to its payroll processing using the CanPay Plus payroll system. CanPay caters for Emmanuel’s required rostering functionalities, as well as all contemporary payroll compliance requirements. The new system has reduced stress on the processing team and minimised handling and potential errors, and went live in April 2023.
In addition, Giuntabell introduced the Weel expense management software in March 2023 to automate the entire expense reporting process as well as provide Emmanuel College with up-to-date record keeping while maintaining policy compliance.
